Note on Name Tags
Paid members may simply provide name and email in the form. (If your company name has changed, please provide that as well.) A pre-printed name tag will be at the event registration area.

Non-members that register and pay online 24 hours prior to the event will also receive a pre-printed name tag.

We hold information in strict confidence.
