Monthly Programs
Monthly Programs are held on the second Tuesday of each month, September through June, at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in the Campus Center - Odeum Room. Programs are educational and provide networking opportunity in a friendly and open atmosphere. Some months feature a guest speaker, case presentation and expert panel critique, while other months feature interactive multi-panel member discussions. Our annual contests are held in June and November. The Business Plan Contest is in November and the Five-Minute Pitch Contest is in June. Regardless of the program's design, audience members are highly encouraged to be interactive with presenters before, during, and after presentations. The Monthly Programs also provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to deliver a one-minute Elevator Pitch for funding. See "Spotlight on Entrepreneurs" for guidelines.
Admission is free for WPI Venture Forum members, WPI employees, and college students with valid ID. An admission fee of $30.00 for General Public, $20 in advance, $30 at the door for Alliance Partner Organizations, $15.00 for WPI alumni is payable by cash, credit card, or checks written to the "WPI Venture Forum". The WPI Venture Forum is a non-profit program, therefore admission is tax-deductible. Pizza and beverages are available at each program. Food court on premise. Register and pay in advance and you will have a printed name tag waiting for you at the registration table.
Typical Evening Agenda
Note: The November and June contest programs begin at 6:00 p.m. - 30 minutes earlier than other Monthly Programs.

| 7:50 | Case Presentation by a new technology business executive immediately followed by expert panel critique of company and questions and comments from the audience. |
| 8:30 P.M. | Program adjourns - but many members stay to network with speakers, panelists, case presenters, and other members of the audience. |
