Advertising in Vantage
Ten issues of the Vantage newsletter are published in print and electronic PDF form between September and June. Newsletters are archived on our web site and are downloadable and can be emailed. If you need professional help creating an ad, please contact the WPI Venture Forum office at +1-508-831-5075 for a list of members that perform this service. Our newsletter is laid out graphically by Adshead Graphics in Auburn, MA and is printed by IBA Printshop in Millbury, MA.
Advertising Rates and Dimensions
Ad rates and dimensions are below. Please note that Premier Sponsors receive a 50% price discount and receive one free half-column or three-quarter row advertisement per year.

Submitting Ads
Ads MUST conform to one of the dimensions in the chart above. If the ads are sized incorrectly, they will not be accepted.
Ads MUST be submitted in Black and White for the printed newsletter and MAY be submitted in color version for the electronic newsletter. This will require two separate submissions. There is no extra charge to be included in the electronic newsletter.
Ads MUST be submitted electronically as a Print Ready PDF, QuarkXpress, Tiff (300 dpi), or EPS format. If submitted as a Quark, doc fonts must be included and for the Mac platform, if fonts are Windows platform, they will be substituted. Ads can also be submitted via mail if on CD, zip or floppy disk.
Email ads to gbetti@wpi.edu. CD, zip or floppy disk should be mailed or delivered to: WPI Venture Forum, 216B Washburn Shops, 100 Institute Road, Worcester, MA 01609.
Artwork and checks must be received before the copy deadline. Deadlines are in the Advertising Agreement and Invoice download.
