Spotlight on Entrepreneurs
Are you looking for funding? Is time of the essence? Then Spotlight on Entrepreneurs is for you. In one minute you can reach more than 100 people in the audience that night, many of whom are interested in helping start-up companies. With a large audience hearing your story, there is a good chance that just the right connection can be made – investors, bankers, advisors, attorneys, employees, team members, or mentors.
The WPI Venture Forum is specifically oriented to help nascent technology companies make the connections they need to help them grow. When you participate in Spotlight on Entrepreneurs you gain focused, useful exposure for your company, the opportunity to practice your elevator speech, and meaningful feedback. In addition, your story will be highlighted in “Vantage”, the WPI Venture Forum newsletter; posted on our web site; and we forward the information to Mass High Tech for their Pitch column with no guarantee that it will be published.

The "spotlight" turns on at approximately 7:15pm at the monthly programs . You will have exactly one minute to present your company and may use an overhead slide if you choose (we will provide the materials) or bring a flash drive with a one page presentation (we have a template you can request).Rules
