Monthly Programs
Monthly Programs are scheduled on the second Tuesday of each month, September through June, at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in the Campus Center Odeum. Programs are designed to be educational and to provide maximum opportunity to network. Some months feature a guest speaker, case presentation and expert panel critique, while other months feature interactive multi-panel discussions. The June program is always our capstone Business Plan Contest, where selected finalists present their plans to the audience and a winner is announced that evening. Regardless of the program's design, audience members are highly encouraged to be interactive. The Monthly Program also provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to give a one-minute Elevator Pitch. See "Spotlight on Entrepreneurs" for guidelines.
A small admission fee of $15 for members and $25 for non-members is payable by cash, credit cards, or checks written to the "WPI Venture Forum". The WPI Venture Forum is a non-profit program, therefore admission is tax-deductible. Pizza and beverages are available at each program. Register and pay in advance and you will have a printed name tag waiting for you at the registration table.
