First Round Schedule

Congratulations on making the first round of presentations! There are 20 applicants making presentations this Saturday, October 27, 2007 at WPI between 9:20 AM and 12:30 PM. Please take a brief moment to read through these helpful hints.

Directions and Parking:

Free parking can be found on the quad or at the Higgins House parking lot. Warning: Lock your car and place navigation systems out of site. Theft of these devices in our area is increasing.
Parking for WPI Venture Forum Events

Arrival time:

Please arrive 30 minutes earlier than your presentation time in the main lobby of the Campus Center building for a photograph and to receive directions to your venue.

Food:

Coffee and breakfast items are sold in the Food Court on the first level of the Campus Center starting at 8:00 AM. It is a nice place to sit and talk either before or after your presentation.

Venues:

A master venue plan will be placed at the Campus Center Information Desk in the event that you can’t find Venture Forum personnel when you arrive. Presentations will take place in five rooms. The Campus Center rooms are as follows: Mid-Century Room, third floor; Peterson Room, third floor; Chairman’s Room, first floor. The Higgins Laboratories rooms are Room 114 and Room 154. Higgins Labs is the building next to the Campus Center.

Audio Visual Equipment:

Laptops and projectors are provided. Internet access is available. Please bring your presentation on a thumb drive or a CD. When you finish answering questions from the judging panel, please delete your presentation from the desktop and the recycle bin.
